1. Agreement to Terms

In the event of a conflict, the terms of the MSA/Proposal shall prevail over these Terms of Service.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the cancellation policy outlined in the governing training agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
